In the 1997 book Paul McCartney: Lots of Several years From Now, Paul talked about producing tracks through The Beatles’ A Tricky Day’s Evening period. “You knew when the recording date was and so a 7 days or two right before then we’d get into it,” he claimed. “It did not look like stress. It was I suppose you’d have to assume it was but I really don’t try to remember it staying a tension. It was fun, it was wonderful.”
