Ree Drummond has a good deal of awesome snack recipes but offers that her beer cheese bread bowl is “one of the most mouth watering.” The Pioneer Lady star’s tacky bread bowl dip is much too easy to make and is packed with taste.
Ree Drummond’s beer cheese bread bowl is a crowd-pleaser
Drummond demonstrated how to make her simple beer cheese dip on an episode of The Pioneer Female. “Beer cheese in a bread bowl — and, by significantly, one of the most delightful snacks you can provide at any football get together or any party,” she explained, adding, “Or any like Tuesday night, for that make a difference.”
She started by chopping a sourdough bread loaf all-around the prime edge, then getting rid of sections of the bread to make a bowl. Following pulling out the items of bread, she slice them into chunks and set them on a sheet pan.
Drummond blended collectively olive oil, grated garlic, and crushed pink pepper flakes in a tiny bowl then brushed the olive oil mixture in excess of the chunks of bread, as well as the within and exterior of the bread bowl ahead of inserting it on the sheet pan.
She sprinkled parmesan cheese inside of the bowl and over the bread chunks to give it “a nice sharp flavor.” Then Drummond baked the bread in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven right up until “golden and crisp.”

Ree Drummond’s beer cheese comes together immediately
Drummond created the beer cheese, boasting it “will change your life in an instant.” She melted butter with olive oil in a pan and included sliced onions and garlic. She cooked the onions for five minutes right until they ended up soft, then added flour, outlining, “Cheese by by itself is excellent enough but part of what tends to make this dip so remarkable is that it has 50 percent a bottle of beer.”
“You can use any type of beer you want, any sort of ale,” The Pioneer Female star reported as she stirred in the beer. Drummond turned the heat down then added milk, Dijon mustard, purple pepper flakes, and a mixture of fontina, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. She stirred all the things with each other.
Drummond eradicated the bread from the oven and put it on a platter along with carrot and celery sticks and pretzels. She poured the beer cheese into the bread bowl and scattered the bread cubes on the platter.
“I’m a goner,” she explained right after popping a cheese-dipped piece of bread in her mouth. “That is so fantastic.”
The whole recipe is offered on the Foodstuff Community site.
A rat crashed ‘The Pioneer Woman’ cooking exhibit
In February 2021, Drummond shared a behind-the-scenes clip from filming the beer cheese bread bowl recipe and it turns out a rat ran by way of the kitchen although they filmed.
“I think about myself a trailblazer on Foodstuff Network,” Drummond said in the Instagram caption. “After all, I think I’m the only host on the community that’s had a massive pack rat operate through the kitchen in the center of filming a cooking exhibit.”
The caption continued, “The (extremely) unwelcome visitor interrupted capturing, and the screams (not just mine— right, [daughter Alex’s fiancé] Mauricio?) ended up abundant.”
In the online video, there was chaos following the rat ran by — and a good deal of shrieking, as well. “Are you critical? I can’t movie, you guys,” Drummond mentioned. She wrote over the online video, “I don’t like rats at all.”
Drummond described how they moved on from the incident, many thanks to some crew members. “It was total chaos, and in the finish, it was our Seem Technician, Jonathan, and our Output Assistant, Raymond, who saved the working day and ushered the rat back exterior,” she shared on The Pioneer Lady website.
