Why The Beatles Hardly ever Performed An additional Live performance Following Their 1966 U.S. Tour

Whilst The Beatles did not break up until 1970, the band’s remaining formal live performance in front of a spending audience transpired at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, CA, at the end of their 1966 U.S. tour. The fab four were being at the height of their recognition, but they in no way performed at a concert once again for quite a few motives.

The Beatles under no circumstances playing yet another concert was a decision they experienced built in advance of taking the stage at Candlestick Park. The band posed for a photo, figuring out comprehensive well that this would be the past time they just take to the phase. In accordance to Rolling Stone, George Harrison claimed it was a “unanimous final decision,” and they wished to seize the second they understood it was about.
